I almost stopped in the beginning of the ship section as I had no idea what was happening with the controls each time I reached the opposite side of the first straight line and I had missed that you can turn left before (probably as intended and it's great, I love it), I'm happy I didn't as it is in fact a cool part of an overall cool game. The Restart button is great and is hinted in the right level where you need it, I think you could rename it "Restart level" just to be sure, I was hesitant about clicking it at first fearing that it could restart the entire game.
The game is fun, I love its cartooney style, it's based on a great concept and the execution is good too, the 3 variations are different and the different, heavy, control systems are appropriate. The cut-scenes are nice and so are the tunes.
Depending on how intended it is I think the camera could be better sometimes (during the first and ship sequences especially). It went fast but I wondered if there was a problem with the cut-scene before the last sequence as I already saw the plane going for the museum there (but maybe then it fell or something so it all makes sense and I just can't remember).
Finally I think you could add a timer at very least as some scoring thing although for my taste I would prefer a timer which does kill you when it reaches the end in each level but not a very punitive time.
